MEET YOUR BRIDE

TERMS OF USE

Effective Date: September 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms", “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Firstfive Marriage World Ltd ("we", "our", or "us", “FirstFive”) governing your access to the Meet Your Bride Matchmaking Magazine (“the Service”, “Meet Your Bride”). By opting for this service and accepting these terms, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms;
• You are at least 25 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Nigeria;
• Where you are entering this agreement on behalf of a person (aged 25 and above) or an organisation, you have the authority to bind that person or organisation to these Terms; a
• You, or any person/organisations on whose behalf you’re entering into this contract, will comply with the additional policies published by FirstFive Marriage World Ltd. Meet Your Bride is subject to FirstFive Marriage World LTD terms of Operations as it is a FirstFive service.

Failure to comply with the above after signing an acceptance of these terms will result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund.

SECTION 1: OUR SERVICES

1.1. What We Offer

Meet Your Bride is a Matchmaking Webzine and print magazine that features single women searching for their true love. Men interested in the featured women then make an application to meet them. Meet Your Bride operates as a service under the FirstFive Marriage World ecosystem. Our services under this initiative include, but are not limited to, matchmaking, Meet & Greet, directories, and in some cases, personal coaching.

1.2. Purpose of the Initiative

Meet Your Bride is a matchmaking service created to help members:

• Connect with potential life partners who share compatible values, interests, aspirations, and goals
• Promote intentional relationships by creating opportunities for singles to move beyond casual interactions and explore meaningful connections
• Create a trusted and Christ-centred matchmaking community where singles can meet potential partners in a safe and Godly environment
• Support singles in making informed partner choices by providing relevant information, guidance, and opportunities for interaction
• Provide relationship and personal coaching where appropriate, helping individuals develop the self-awareness and relationship skills needed for healthy partnerships.

Kindly note that while Meet Your Bride attempts to pair people with each other, it is NOT a “get married quickly” program. Our methodology provides a structured framework to matchmake individuals and prepare members for healthy relationships through our other initiatives.

1.3. Membership

1. Meet Your Bride is a paid membership community. Your membership provides access to the matchmaking, introductions, resources, coaching opportunities, community discussions, and other benefits described here and on the subscription page. This access runs only during your active membership period, which is to be renewed every twelve (12) calendar months.
2. Unless expressly stated, your membership does not automatically include physical workshops, conferences, retreats, tours, or other separately ticketed events organised and/or posted by Firstfive Marriage World Ltd.
3. Your membership grants you a limited, non-transferable licence for personal use only. You may not copy content, share login credentials, upload your downloaded materials elsewhere, redistribute resources, sell any materials, republish our content, record coaching calls, or create competing products using our materials. Unauthorized use will result in legal action, removal of access, and termination of membership permanently without refund.

1.4. Platform Access & Modifications

1. We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the Platform but do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or technical faults may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.
2. We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or introduce new features on the Platform at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated service.

SECTION 2: ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & USE & SECURITY

2.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 25 years of age to register an account on this platform. Users younger than 25 may not register, as the service is focused on individuals aged 25 and above. We reserve the right to verify age and identity at any time, and to suspend accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Signing up means you are aged 25 years of age or above.

2.2. Registration Obligations

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your information if it changes. You may not:

• Create an account on behalf of another person without their express authorisation:
• Register using an identity or name that infringes any third party's rights;
• Register using false, misleading, or fraudulent information; or
• Create multiple fake accounts.

2.3. Permitted Use

You may use the services we provide solely for your own personal, non-commercial development, unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with us for commercial or institutional use. You agree to use our services, and the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2.4. Conditions for Use of the Platform

To use this platform, you must confirm that:

• You have a reference who has known you for a minimum of one (1) year and is willing to verify you with their legal information
• You are ready to get married in the next year
• You can decide if you don't like someone in two to four weeks and will not waste the person's time if you are not interested
• You agree to be reviewed by the people who have been introduced to you, and are open to reviewing the person you have been introduced to
• You will not withhold feedback information from our team, such as how good or bad your virtual or physical dates were; when the relationship becomes official; or a wedding date (you can request our team to keep this information confidential or announced anonymously).

2.5. Conditions for Application to Meet Your Bride

Applications to be published as a bride, or to meet a bride, require your identity verification, assessments, and reference identity verification during onboarding. Additionally;

• Your application to meet a bride may either be approved or rejected
• You can only put in one application at a time. Except if approved or disapproved, another application cannot be made
• The number of applications a member may submit within a specified period is determined by their membership tier. Members on a one-month subscription may apply to meet up to two (2) brides within that subscription month. Where both applications are rejected, they can get one more application slot. Members on a one-year subscription may apply to meet up to twelve (12) brides within the subscription year. Where all twelve (12) applications are unsuccessful, the member may re-apply for 6 more slots.
• Our team may make minor grammatical, spelling, or formatting corrections to a member's Marriage CV to improve clarity and presentation. However, we will not alter, misrepresent, or materially change the information or substance provided by the member.
• Where an application is rejected during the first 25% of the member's subscription period, our team may recommend a profile upgrade or improvement to enhance the member's profile and potentially improve their chances of receiving a positive response. Any such recommendation is advisory and does not guarantee acceptance by a prospective bride.
• Upon approval of your application, introduction credits are required to meet with a bride. This system is designed to encourage members to carefully consider their preferences and make thoughtful, intentional applications, as each approved introduction automatically deducts from your Introduction Credits.
• Female members cannot currently request an introduction to a specific male member because Meet Your Bride does not yet maintain a publicly accessible database of male members. However, a female member may be considered for a Special Recommendation where her membership tier and other applicable criteria permit.
• Female members may request an upgrade or revision of their Marriage CV once every three (3) months where their existing profile has not generated the desired level of interest or introductions. Any upgrade remains subject to the applicable terms and requirements of the service.

SECTION 3: ACCOUNT SECURITY & USER OBLIGATIONS

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

3.1. Personal Security

• Applications to be published as a bride, or to meet a bride, require your identity verification, assessments, and reference identity verification during onboarding
• Users are showcased on the website anonymously. For extra security, we recommend that you NEVER use your professional emails on the site
• While we try to route everything through highly secure third-party platforms, security online is never fully guaranteed. To this end, we do not store user data beyond one (1) calendar year after your subscription expires. If you want to sign up again after that time elapses, you will need to go through the onboarding process again
• While we assess users before they get onboarded, we are not therapists and therefore do not guarantee that our assessments are a substitute for your personal discretion. We recommend that users assess personal values, safety, and interactions before meeting each other.
• We do not recommend users to other users except as otherwise stated in their subscription tier. And where this recommendation is made, it is not mandatory to choose any of the recommended persons.

3.2. Account Deletion

You may delete your information or close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your information from active systems within 30 days, subject to any retention obligations under applicable law. Residual copies in backup systems will be purged in the ordinary course of our backup cycle.

3.3. User Obligations

Meaningful results require participation. Members of Meet Your Bride are expected to:

• Read notifications, weekly emails, and announcements;
• Engage with the community respectfully

3.4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, directly or indirectly:

• Upload false, misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate content, including fabricated credentials. By using the site, you warrant that your information is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge, does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, nor contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material;
• Use the Platform to impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Share another member’s personal information;
• Publish screenshots from the community on any platform;
• Discuss another member’s participation publicly;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the Platform;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools without our written consent;
• Reproduce, redistribute, sell, sub-license, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent;
• Introduce or transmit any virus, malware, Trojan horse, worm, or other harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, databases, or other users' accounts;
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm any person;
• Engage in any activity that circumvents or disables security features of the Platform;
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage its reputation or bring FirstFive into disrepute;
• Members agree that they will not copy participant information, share participant identities publicly, distribute contact details, publish names, photographs, profiles, or conversations, discuss participants on social media, or contact individuals for purposes unrelated to the intended use of the publication. Misuse of participant information will result in immediate removal from the platform

Members must respect the privacy of their dates and may not share any information online before the relationship becomes official. The following acts constitute a trespass:

• Discussing your date on social media before it becomes an official relationship. All complaints about your date must be made directly to our team
• Posting pictures of your date on social media
• Distributing the emails of the potential dates given to you
• Attempting to re-engage with dates you stated you were no longer interested in
• Manipulating the system to get multiple women to date simultaneously

Members must not use social media or other public platforms to:

• Defame another participant;
• Ridicule another participant;
• Harass members;
• Reveal confidential community information;
• Damage the reputation of FirstFive Marriage World Ltd. or other members through false or malicious statements.

Constructive feedback should be directed privately to our support team via support@firstfive.cc. FirstFive Marriage World Ltd. reserves the right to remove any member whose behaviour is malicious, abusive, defamatory, or harmful to the wellbeing of the platform.

SECTION 4: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

All materials provided to the Platform by FirstFive Marriage World Ltd that are not User Content—including but not limited to the FirstFive name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, Courses, Videos, Audio recordings, Workbooks, Journals, algorithms, matching engine, AI models, database architecture, opportunity listings, and all associated Intellectual Property—are owned by or licensed to FirstFive Marriage World Ltd., and protected under intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our Intellectual Property beyond the limited licence to use the Platform as described herein. You must not:

• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorisation;
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without our prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's software, design, or AI systems; or
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Platform.

If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding the Platform ("Feedback"), you grant FirstFive Marriage World Ltd. a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, incorporate, and commercialise such Feedback without any obligation to compensate you. Providing Feedback does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

4.2. Aggregated and Anonymised Data

We may use anonymised, aggregated, and de-identified data derived from Platform activity to improve our algorithms, conduct research, and develop new features. Such data cannot be used to identify you personally and does not constitute use of your information beyond the licence granted above.

SECTION 5: SUBSCRIPTION, PRODUCTS AND PRICING

The Platform offers only a paid membership. Membership fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your subscription tier.

5.1. Pricing and Payment Process

1. The prices of membership tiers and paid events are set out on our Pricing page, and may be updated from time to time. All membership fees and event tickets are stated in the currency displayed at the time of purchase. Taxes will be added to the charge, and a total will be deduced at checkout.
2. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method. We do not store your full payment card details; these are handled securely by our payment processor under PCI-DSS compliant standards.

5.2. Electronic Delivery

Any resources available in your membership package are digital and delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped. Delivery may occur via:

• Direct download links
• Email delivery, or
• User account access

To access your resources after subscription, it is your responsibility to ensure a correct email address is provided, download and store purchased files securely, and maintain the credentials of your account in order to access products that can only be viewed on your portal. We are not responsible for lost downloads after delivery.

5.3. Access

Upon subscription, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable access to all the services included in your membership tier (as set out on the pricing page). You may access and use the services for personal or internal use only. You may NOT share files with others, resell or redistribute content, upload to file-sharing platforms, use content for commercial redistribution, or claim ownership of purchased content.

• If you do not use up your introduction credits before your subscription expires, it cannot be rolled over on your next subscription
• If you finish up their introduction credits before your subscription timeline expires, you’ll need to resubscribe to apply to be introduced to anyone (a maximum of 2 annual subscriptions can be done in one year before a User's account is deactivated)
• You cannot transfer your introduction credits to another user. If discovered, the account will be terminated.

5.4. Refund Policy

1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date.
2. We do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods or digital products. Refunds will generally not be issued once a download link has been accessed, a file has been delivered, a product has been made available in your account, or a subscription activated.
3. Exceptions to refund may however apply where required by applicable consumer protection laws, or where delivery of a purchased product has failed for over fourteen (14) calendar days, attributable to technological failures from our end only (NOT from a third party service provider). Refund requests should be directed to support@firstfive.cc within 14 days of the relevant charge.

5.5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription fees and event prices at any time. We will provide at least 7 days' notice of any price change to existing subscribers via email. Continued use of the platform and/or purchase of tickets after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new costs.

SECTION 6: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. Disclaimer

1. Our services are designed to inform and support you, not to replace your judgment, professional advice, or worldview. We therefore do not guarantee any outcomes related to marriage success.
2. We are not responsible for the validity or legality of advertiser claims and external website links. Your reliance on content or third-party websites and services is strictly at your own discretion.

6.2 No Guarantee of Marriage

Marriage depends on numerous personal, relational, spiritual, emotional, geographical, cultural, and social factors that are beyond the control of FirstFive. Accordingly:

• We do not guarantee that every member will get married within one year.
• We do not promise a spouse.
• We do not guarantee a relationship.
• We do not guarantee identical outcomes for every participant.

Members enter the program with different levels of personal growth, relationship maturity, emotional health, spiritual formation, and life circumstances, therefore outcomes may vary. Individuals who have already invested significantly in their personal development may experience results differently from those beginning that journey. The Meet Your Bride methodology only provides a structured framework for launching healthy relationships.

6.3 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FirstFive Marriage World Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (b) loss of opportunity, profit, data, reputation, or goodwill; (c) the content or accuracy of third-party opportunity listings; (d) reliance by you on any AI Output; or (e) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim
2. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FirstFive Marriage World Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of or access to the Platform; your breach of these Terms or any applicable law; any Content you upload, submit, or transmit through the Platform; any misrepresentation made by you; or your infringement of a third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
3. We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of the defence of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense. You agree to cooperate fully with us in asserting any available defences.

SECTION 7: EFFECTIVE DATE & TERMINATION

7.1 Effective Date

These Terms take effect when you first subscribe to Meet Your Bride, and remain in force until your subscription expires without your renewal, your account is deleted, or these Terms are otherwise terminated in accordance with this section. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination—such as intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law—shall survive.

7.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Platform settings or by sending a written request to terminate. Termination by you does not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees or product purchase except under the circumstances provided in Section 5.5 of this agreement.

7.3 Suspension or Termination of Your Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We are required to do so by law or a court or regulatory order;
• Your use of the Platform poses a security risk or could harm other users;
• Your account has been inactive for a period exceeding 6 consecutive months; or
• We elect to discontinue the Platform or a material part thereof without any particular cause.

SECTION 8: PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

User data is governed by our Data Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data and sets out your rights as a data subject under relevant laws. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood our Data Privacy Policy.

SECTION 9: AMENDMENTS TO THIS TERMS OF USE

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable law, or regulatory guidance. We may also update curriculum, coaching schedules, speakers, resources, technology platforms, or membership features as necessary to improve the member experience. Such updates do not constitute a breach of these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the 'Effective Date' at the top of this document, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform, or where required by law, seek your renewed consent. If you do not agree with any updates, you must stop using the Platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

SECTION 10:GENERAL PROVISIONS

10.1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Subscription agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and FirstFive Marriage Ltd regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understanding.

10.2.Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3. No Waiver

Failure by either party to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

10.4. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sub-licence your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor or affiliate entity upon notice to you.

10.5 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, civil unrest, cyberattacks, or failure of third-party infrastructure.

10.6. Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between this English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

10.7. Electronic Notices

You agree to receive all communications from FirstFive Marriage Ltd. electronically, including via email or notices posted on the Platform.

SECTION 11: GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Terms of Use is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria. Users in other jurisdictions also retain rights under their applicable local laws, which we respect and comply with to the extent required.
